Dramatherapy is a unique creative psychotherapy practise that uses drama and theatre processes to achieve therapeutic goals. Participants are supported to use creative expression to explore personal stories, work through challenges, set goals, solve problems, express feelings and achieve improved mental health. Techniques might include working with story, role-play, improvisation, puppets, masks or using music and art materials. Dramatherapy has a person-centred approach, so the therapist will work with you to find the right creative tools for you.
